My classes are based on Hatha Yoga with large doses of Vinyasa Flow, which means the traditional Yoga poses are respected) sprinkled with great stretches, mobility moves, and specific focus areas tailored to help your body get back in the game. Additionally, the experiences of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra will find their way into your plan. I draw content from various Yoga styles, Yoga instructors, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Tai Chi, and Life as additional tools for your journey. Body-scanning and personalized treatments are included in Private Sessions to help with body alignment. You’ll find some peace and calm, some good stretching, a bit of a heart-pounding strength challenge, and a super cool down each session with an ending meditation. Of course, modifications for particular limitations are provided.
