I had the opportunity to participate in several yoga sessions organized by CC in Tucson. Being either pre-round or post- round yoga sessions, both were so beneficial and useful to get my body in a perfect condition to compete in the golf tournament not to mention an excellent aide to recovery after a long practice day. The professionalism and the attention of CC was outstanding and I would recommend her services for any level of golfer.

I love that CC's program focuses on stretching and strengthening our golf muscles as well as increasing our balance which is so important to our games, especially as we age. After going regularly last winter I noticed some of my driving distance coming back that I had lost from a job I did years ago outside the golf business. A bonus was that I saw a drop in my blood pressure. When I was unable to be a regular last fall, I was shocked to see I lost my blood pressure benefit even though I was getting healthier and losing some weight. It was then that I realized how beneficial yoga had been not only to my game but to my health. As we age, or if you spend a lot of time sitting at a computer, it is so important that you get into a program that keeps you flexible and helps you maintain your strength if you want to continue enjoying this game for years to come. I highly recommend it!
